I am a Registered Health Coach with the UKIHCA.


With a life long interest in health and well-being and a career in the areas of health and social care, I bring all this experience to my work as a coach, together with a lot of years and life! 


My aim is to give you the space to really think about what you want to do, especially in relation to your health as the foundation of everything, and to be alongside you as you work this out. You may want a general improvement in your health, and we would see where you are now and then focus on what aspects you want to change now. We also look at what you really want - it is much easier to say what we don't want, but more effective to develop a vision of what you do want and of what is possible for you. 


You may have had advice from a health professional about lifestyle changes, and I can work with you to embed these new habits into your life. Change can be hard, and we often like to stay where we are, because it is comfortable and known! Together we can start to shift this is ways that feel right to you. 


I particularly enjoy working with Professional People Under Pressure - because I've been one, and I look back and think how much easier it might have been if I had had a coach myself at that time! And no matter what job you do, the foundation for it is always to have the best health that you can. 


In short, I help you decide what changes you want to make in your health - in the widest sense - and through a structured coaching process, work with you to get there.
