Executive coaching - Coaching for experienced professionals and business leaders

Executive coaching ( as opposed to consultancy) helps you clarify your thinking, plans and actions when you're dealing with important issues at work or in your business. I don't tell you what to do; through coaching questions and discussion, I help you think things through and decide what you want to do. I offer the use of various licensed business tools. Please note that I do not give financial or legal advice and you remain responsible for the outcomes of your business.

You can start here for free with your  Business Readiness Analysis, where you score your progress in relevant areas, so that you can focus on what to do next.

If you are looking for a deeper understanding of your strengths, preferences and job fit, I also offer coaching using Harrison Assessments. These can be particularly useful for leaders and managers, career development and personal development. Find out more about Harrison Assessments.

  • Identifying and making the most of your strengths
  • Understanding and addressing areas that may be holding you back

  • Deciding where your time and attention are best spent
  • Dealing with interruptions and competing demands
  • Delegating more effectively
  • Identifying hidden time wasters
  • Developing productive daily habits
  • Managing your energy at work
  • Turning longer-term ideas and ambitions into practical action
  • Reviewing progress and adjusting your plans when circumstances change
  • Thinking through difficult decisions and choosing what to do next
  • Considering different perspectives and possibilities
  • Using a role-model exercise to explore what someone you admire might do in a particular situation
  • Letting go of things you no longer need to do, or are needlessly putting up with
